Dragon Training

EQ Stables found themselves at a stand still was Taco's training. He was to be trained to hunt dragons, but all they had was bearded dragons, and those little lizards were too docile for the stallion who was starting to get a bit aggressive when working them. It was when Greg suggested to send out letters to any Nordanner owners they knew and get a dragon that everyone realized just how small and unknown they were. Whilst Eque was panicking about what to do, a few weeks later Greg turned up with a little black and red dragon in a cat carrier.
"I found us a dragon. He's only a little guy, but apparently he should only grow to about 10hh and will eventually be able to breathe low temperature fire that won't burn unless you're bathed in it for a while" were the only words the breaker said (which for him, were wuite a few) to the owner as he climbed out of his ute, dragon in tow, and placed it on the ground in front of her.
"But...where?? What!?"
"I'll let it loose in the arena, let's see what our Dragon Hunter does with him"

We finally have a dragon to train on instead of the bearded dragons he stumbles across on trail rides! Turns out he's quite the cutting horse, too. The sight of the small, hissing winged lizard that kept spitting fuel at him sent the Nordanner stallion mad and he kept dancing around it like a bull fighting horse until deciding to block it like a true cutter.
Perhaps he wasn't a 'hunter' as such, but for everyone involved with the stallion, they were over the moon.
